What days do you deliver?

Deliveries are generally Monday to Friday by 6pm (excluding public holidays). 

What are your delivery fees?

We offer FREE DELIVERY to more than 200 suburbs in Sydney.

How quickly can you deliver?

Your order must be placed by 12pm midnight the day prior to the delivery day e.g. an order placed at 10pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Orders placed after the delivery cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

If you missed the delivery cut-off but you really want a plant delivered today, please send us a message and we will do our best to get your plant delivered.

What suburbs do you deliver to in Sydney?

We deliver to more than 200 suburbs in Sydney, please check to see if we deliver to your suburb here.

What if I want to send a plant to a suburb not listed?

We’ll do our best to make the delivery for you, please send us a message and we’ll quote you a price for delivery.

Can I select my delivery date?

Yes you can, you can book a delivery up to two months in advance.

Can I select my delivery time?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer a specific time as our couriers take the most efficient route to make sure all of our customers get their deliveries by 6pm on the day requested.

What if I order on a Friday or over the weekend?

Orders placed between 12pm midnight Thursday and 12pm midnight Sunday will be delivered on Monday (excluding public holidays).

What is the return policy?

Our gorgeous plants are healthy, freshly potted and hand delivered to ensure they reach their new home in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that your plant arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@theplantlady.com.au within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the situation and make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns where you change your mind.
