Delivery
We offer FREE DELIVERY because we don’t believe in nasty surprises at the checkout.
Free Courier Delivery includes delivery to most Sydney suburbs for any order placed by 12pm midnight at least the day prior to the next delivery day.
We deliver Monday to Friday between 10am - 6pm (excluding public holidays in Sydney). Unfortunately, we can’t offer a specific time as our couriers take the most efficient route to make sure all of our customers get their deliveries.
Please make sure someone is present at the delivery address. If no one is home, the plant will be left in a secure place (as best we can) and we take no responsibility for it after delivery.
If you have missed our delivery cut-off and you really want your plant delivered that day, please send us a message and we will do our best. Please note there may be an additional fee.

We also deliver some items including Seed Growing Kits Australia-wide via Australia Post. Your order will be posted the next business day after it has been received and we will send you confirmation once it has been posted. Please be aware that Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19 and increased postage volumes. For those located in our Sydney Delivery Suburbs your order maybe sent by courier.
